What you are ordering
AutoManual sells digital PDF documents. Before buying, check the title, model coverage, publication code, revision, language and other stated details. A matching manufacturer or similar model name alone does not establish that a manual applies to your equipment.
Preview and questions
A preview contains selected pages and does not represent the complete document. If it is unclear or an important detail is missing, contact Telegram or WhatsApp before purchasing.
Availability, price and payment
Check whether the listing says Available Now or Available On Request. Prices and currency are displayed on the listing and at checkout. Use the payment methods actually offered at checkout; a listing is not a confirmation that payment has completed.
Receiving your document
After payment is confirmed and the document is available, access the purchased document through your account. On-request orders require sourcing before delivery. Temporary download links may expire; return to My Manuals to request a fresh link while your purchase remains eligible.
Exchanges and refunds
Available documents already received are not refundable for a change of mind or mistaken selection. For a mistaken purchase, contact us for an exchange and settlement of any price difference. On-request documents that have not been received are eligible for a refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours; payment-provider settlement may take longer.
