Can I preview a manual?
Some documents offer selected preview pages when a verified file and preview rights are available. The preview is a separate sample, not access to the full paid file.
Will a similar model’s manual work?
Do not assume that it will. Compare the exact model, engine, revision and serial applicability shown in the listing. Ask for clarification before buying if an important detail is missing.
Why does a download need preparation?
The full file is prepared in a temporary delivery cache and verified before a download link is issued. It is not attached as a large email file.
Where do I ask about an order?
Sign in and use My Account → Support & Refunds. Select the purchased manual and explain the issue. The available action depends on the delivery state.
What happens if an On Request manual cannot be delivered?
The order is tracked against its sourcing deadline and can enter a refund-due state. A refund request records the issue for operator review; it does not mean a payment refund has already been issued.
